Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

To provide a quote
To provide a telecommunications package

Information readily available in the public domain to compile a database of businesses.

We use the information that you have given us to quote for a telecommunications package and/or arrange connection of said package.

We may share this information with plan.com (the network provider).

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on our internal database.

We keep verification calls, correspondence, client services calls, mobile phone contract details, personal contact information for the duration of the contract or for 12 – 36 months if a contract is terminated or not taken up. We will then dispose your information by removing it from our systems.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
